Andalucia is in the very south of Spain and it scores with the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean climate with over 300 sunny days per year.
In springtime, the almond trees are in full bloom; in autumn it is time for fresh oranges, mangos, avocados and pomegranates.
But especially in winter, when the skiing-season in Sierra Nevada is being opened, it is once more time for great climbing, here, in El Chorro.
